How to swap on Robinhood Chain

This is a start-to-finish walkthrough of a first swap on Robinhood Chain using Splitshot. It assumes you already hold ETH on chain 4663; if not, the bridging guide comes first. If you are still deciding where to trade, Robinhood DEX: what it means maps the venues on the chain.

Connect

Open splitshot.finance and press Connect Wallet. Injected wallets like MetaMask and Rabby are detected automatically. If your wallet is on another network, Splitshot shows a Switch to Robinhood Chain button that adds chain 4663 with one click; nothing needs to be typed by hand.

Pick your pair

The swap card defaults to paying with ETH. That is real native ETH, not WETH: when routing needs the wrapped form, the router wraps on the way in and unwraps on the way out inside the same transaction. Pick the token you want to receive from the selector, which lists every token with a funded pool on the chain, sorted by 24-hour volume.

Enter an amount, either side

You can type the amount you want to pay, or the amount you want to receive. Typing the receive side quotes an exact-output swap: the router spends at most the shown maximum and refunds the unspent remainder in the same transaction.

Slippage is sized for you

The default tolerance is automatic: Splitshot probes a fraction of your trade to measure its real price impact and sets the minimum-received floor from that, so small trades in deep pools get a tight floor instead of a one-size-fits-all number. You can still set a manual tolerance in the settings popover.

Why there is no sandwich checkbox

Robinhood Chain has no public mempool and sequences transactions first come, first served. Pending trades are not visible before inclusion, so the usual sandwich-bot setup has nothing to watch. Splitshot states this as a property of the chain, and pairs it with the automatic slippage floor described above.

Confirm and verify

Press swap, confirm in your wallet, and the fill settles as one transaction. The receipt link opens Blockscout, where you can verify what you paid and received. If a quote ever looks wrong, the safest habit is the same as anywhere in DeFi: check the token's contract address on its price page against the address you meant to trade.
